The Adventures Of A Traveling TV Reporter
Has anybody used essential oils and found benefits from it? It seems like I see more and more about people who use the oils either alone, or as a diffuser, and they are supposed to help relax you or calm you, depending on what kind of oil you use. I love candles so I regularly use those after work, but I'd be willing to give oils a shot if they're beneficial. This week is short and sweet. What do you think? Please send me a comment or inbox about what you think. And if you think essential oils work well, do you have any suggest scents/brands? All I know so far is that lavender is supposed to be very calming.
I'm a TV Reporter and I'm always on the move- whether it's for work, visiting family out of state, or checking out all that the Hudson Valley has to offer. I enjoy outdoor activities like hiking, biking, swimming, and snowboarding. I won't pretend I'm any good at snowboarding, but I'm getting the basics down. But I'm also a big foodie.
